Trials, plans, seats, and how AI credits are counted.

Beta access and trials

Free trial — new agencies start with a 14-day trial with full access to the chosen plan.
Trial countdown — a bold notice at the top of the welcome screen shows the days left. You can close it for the current session; it returns next time you sign in.
When access ends — if a trial expires without a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only and admins see an upgrade prompt in place of the trial notice. Nothing is deleted.

Plans are Starter, Growth, and Scale, billed monthly or yearly — yearly is priced at 10× the monthly rate, so two months are effectively free.
Each plan sets a seat limit, a process limit, and a monthly AI credit allowance.
Seats — the Users screen counts active members plus outstanding invitations against your seat limit, including admins.
Only an administrator can choose or change the plan, from the Billing page.

What a credit means — credits scale with the amount of text sent to and returned by the assistant. Replies cost roughly 5× what your prompt text costs, so long answers use more credits than short ones. A typical reply costs a fraction of a credit.
Monthly allowance — Starter 100, Growth 250, Scale 500. Trial workspaces start with the Starter allowance.
Rollover — unused credits roll over, up to twice your monthly allowance. After that the balance is capped.
Per-reply receipt — every assistant reply ends with a line showing input and output tokens, the weighted total, and the credits used.
Who used what — admins can open the AI credits card on the Billing page to see a chosen month's usage broken down by person.
Running low or out — admins can buy credit packs instantly from the Billing page (100 credits for $25). Purchased credits never expire at your monthly reset, and your monthly allowance is always spent first. At zero the assistant pauses until credits are added or your next monthly reset.
